20 ml | Italicus liqueur |
15 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
10 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
12.5 ml | Monin Gomme Syrup |
35 ml | Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
10 gram | Lemongrass stem |
3 dried | Kaffir lime leaf |
