Pisco and ginger ale made more interesting by a splash of lime juice and a few dashes of Amargo Chuncho bitters.

Origin:

Not to be confused with a fish soup called chilcano de pescado, the Chilcano de Pisco is a traditional Peruvian way of serving pisco.
