Review:

Sake leads this gin and vodka-laced, lychee-flavoured Martini. It's fruity, yet dry and spirit-forward, as a "Dry Martini" should be.

Delicate and martini-like. Quite remarkable with a dish of salted cashews on the side!

Another excellent Martini recipe from our host. We eschew the, to our taste, cloyingly sweet European Lychee liqueurs and go with the Japanese Umenoyado, a blend of Lychee liqueur and Sake, which, at 8%ABV, is super elegant and refined.
