Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Ketel One Vodka
12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Kwai Feh lychee liqueur
12 oz Rosé/rosato vermouth
12 oz Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry
6 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered lychee.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with skewered lychee.

No Rosato Vermouth so we improvised with 12.5ml Dry Vermouth and 2.5ml Americano Rosso...worked for us. A sophisticated Martini.
