Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
30 ml Bols Blue Curaçao
20 ml Bols Coconut Liqueur
15 ml Flor De Caña 4 year old extra seco rum
15 ml Pineapple juice
10 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
5 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
1 barspoon Aquafaba or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
3 drop coconut essence
5 ml Fabbri Orzata (Orgeat) Mixybar
3.8 ml Bols Grenadine
