Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
50 ml Absolut Vanilia Vodka
25 ml Giffard Rhubarbe Liqueur
10 ml Galliano Vanilla liqueur
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
5 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
2 dash 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan)
20 ml Monin Rhubarb Syrup
