10 ml | Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry |
5 ml | Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur |
15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
1.25 ml | Anis del Mono Dulce (sweet) liqueur |
35 ml | Tangerine / Mandarin / Clementine juice (fresh juice) |
