Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Byrrh aperitif aromatised wine
12 oz La Fée Parisienne absinthe
12 oz Amer Picon
12 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
4 drop Bob's Liquorice bitters
34 oz Chilled water omit if using wet ice
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon twist (discarded) & Black Jack chew.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Review:

For us Brits, this cocktail rekindles memories of the tuck shop and a black tongue from chewing on far too many Black Jacks. Happily, booze now takes the place of the sugar rush.
