¹⁄₂ fl oz	La Fée Parisienne absinthe
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Amer Picon
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Cointreau L'Unique triple sec liqueur
4 drop	Liquorice bitters
¹⁄₃ fl oz	Chilled water/mineral water (omit if using wet ice)

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Coupe glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of lemon twist and Black Jack chew.

Method

STIR all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
Garnish with a Black Jack chew.
