Serve in a Flute glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Ketel One Vodka
34 oz Elderflower liqueur
23 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Stirrer and lime zest twist

How to make:

SHAKE first three ingredients with ice fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with chilled soda.

Review:

A poor man’s champagne cocktail. Refreshing and, providing consumed whilst still cold, unknowingly boozy.

We replaced the vodka with elderflower vodka to enhance the elderflower taste. I thought it was a great accompaniment and added an extra dash of sweetness to just give that extra hit of indulgence which as we all know is a must when indulging in a champagne cocktail
