Serve in a Flute glass

Ingredients:
1 ¹⁄₂ oz	Ketel One Vodka
³⁄₄ oz	Elderflower liqueur
²⁄₃ oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 oz	Thomas Henry Soda Water

Prepare:

Select and pre-chill a FLUTE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of lime zest twist.

How to make:

SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
TOP with soda.

Garnish:

Express lime zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Review:

A poor man's champagne cocktail. Refreshing and, providing consumed whilst still cold, unknowingly boozy.

Good cocktail that becomes great with a little bit of sugar added. 5ml of 2:1 simple made it very balanced

We replaced the vodka with elderflower vodka to enhance the elderflower taste. I thought it was a great accompaniment and added an extra dash of sweetness to just give that extra hit of indulgence which as we all know is a must when indulging in a champagne cocktail
