Great one. Try adding 1 or 2 drops of saline solution to make coctail a little bit sweet and fruity.

This is really quite good! Just enough apricot coming through the Suze and balanced sour. Had to improvise with the bitters, out of the Elmegirab's Bokers. Nine drops the Bitter Truth Old time Aromatic, three drops Bittermens' Xocolatl Mole. Also Rothman & Winter for the Apricot, Olmeca Altos. Can't wait to try this with the Bitter Truth's Bogart bitters.

Forgot I'd run out of apricot last night and used peach instead. Either way, the fruit will dominate. Per the photo, I also used Boker's instead of Bogart's bitters. The sugar syrup seemed on point for me, but I did use Salers instead of Suze, the latter of which I feel is more sweet... Overall, it's not an interesting drink, but one that could be easily tweaked into a punch.

I made the cocktail with Dolin Genepy le Chamois instead of Suze and omitted the bitter. It went out a bit too sweet, but still very tasty, next time I would skip the sugar syrup.
