Ingredients:
1 13 oz Ketel One Vodka
12 oz Galliano L'Autentico liqueur
13 oz Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
3 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Sling glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
  3. SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. TOP with soda.
  6. Garnish with lime wedge.

Rubbish. Too much coffee... Best specs are 2:1:1, but it doesn't result in a 'root beer' flavor... In between that and a (Pennsy Dutch) birch beer with touch of vanilla creme. (5 Oct 2023, 5:37a)

This was OK. The ingredients mixed tasted more like sarsaparilla as it had the bitter flavour from the coffee liqueur. It worked perfectly as an adult beverage at a picnic. Not memorable, but nice.
