How to make:

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Carefully FLOAT stout.

1 fl oz Irish whiskey
1 fl oz Oloroso sherry
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Orange sherbet
1 fl oz Stout beer
