Serve in a Zombie or Collins glass

Ingredients:
7 fresh Raspberries
7.5 ml Joseph Cartron Double Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
7.5 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
50 ml Brut champagne/sparkling wine
45 ml Absolut Raspberri Vodka
