Ingredients
210 ml Raspberries
7.5 ml Crème de cassis liqueur
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
7.5 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix
50 ml Brut champagne/sparkling wine
45 ml Raspberry flavoured vodka
