1/3 fl oz	Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe
2 fl oz	International lager

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Collins glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

Method

STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.
POUR beer into ice-filled glass.
STRAIN stirred ingredients over beer and briefly stir.

Garnish

EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
