Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
6 cube Watermelon (fresh)
60 ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
20 ml St-Germain elderflower liqueur
20 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
5 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
