| 1 oz | Lustau East India Solera Cream Sherry chilled |
| 1 oz | Stout beer chilled |
| 2⁄3 oz | Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years |
| 1⁄2 oz | Dark crème de cacao liqueur |
| 4 drop | Chocolate bitters |
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
How to make:
- SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- TOP with stout.
Garnish:
- EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
