Ingredients:
4 fresh Raspberries
1 12 oz Irish whiskey
12 oz Light vermouth amaro (e.g. Cardamaro) chilled
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 oz Stout beer chilled
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of coin-sized lemon zest twist.

How to make:

  1. MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker.
  2. Add next 4 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  4. TOP with stout.

Garnish:

  1. Express lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.

Great! Like it very much.
Didn’t have Cardamaro, used Cynar instead. Also, took a mix of lime and lemon. Perfect!
