Ingredients:
2 oz Metaxa 12 Stars
1 oz Exprè Caffè Italiano or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee)
12 oz Monin Vanilla Syrup
3 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of coin-sized orange zest twist.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and drop onto centre of foamy head as a garnish.

Wow! The fruitiness Metaxa gives to this cocktail is divine! I'm usually no big fan of Espresso Martinis without dairy, but this one is amazing!
