1 13 oz Lustau Palo Cortado PenĂ­nsula Sherry chilled
1 oz Metaxa 12 Stars
12 oz Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry chilled
13 oz Cherry syrup
6 drop Bob's Vanilla bitters
2 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered cherry.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into chilled glass.

this cocktail rocks, but I think with some Palinka on the metaxa spot fits better
