A float of Kirsch eau-de-vie adds wonderfully fruity aromatics to an otherwise classic Natural Daiquiri.
This adaptation of a Natural Daiquiri was discovered and the promoted by Joerg Meyer in 2011 in the 1948 edition of the Cuban Cantinero bartender's own journal, El Arte del Cantinero Los Vinos Y Los Licores. It first appears in the 1930 edition of the Cuban Club de Cantineros de la Republica de Cuba Manual Oficial
