Ingredients:
1 13 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
23 oz Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
23 oz Coconut water
16 oz Dark crème de cacao liqueur
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime slice wheel (dehydrated).
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with lime wheel.

Angostura and Cognac dominate with a nearest touch of chocolate and a slight nuttiness.
It got better as my palate got used to it.

Some nice flavours coming from the vermouth but mainly a chocolatey brandy dominates. Pretty smooth really!
