Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Tanqueray No. Ten
7.5 ml Kübler swiss absinthe
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water)
1 fresh Egg white
7.5 ml Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur
