Ingredients
60 ml	The Real McCoy 3yo
30 ml	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
30 ml	Lime shell (squeezed/spent lime husk)
7.5 ml	Hamilton 151 Overproof Demerara Rum
15 ml	Semi-rich simple syrup (1.5 sugar to 1 water)
