How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
|1 1/2 fl oz||Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac|
|2/3 fl oz||Disaronno amaretto|
|2/3 fl oz||Averna Amaro|
|1/6 fl oz||Islay single malt (peated) Scotch whisky|
|8 drop||Bob's Vanilla bitters|

Cognac, amaretto and amaro, aromatised with vanilla bitters and Islay single malt.
Barrel aged serve: Multiply the recipe to produce a total volume at will two-thirds fill your cask. Combine ingredients and pour into the cask. Then (after at least two weeks of maturation) to serve drink: Dispense serve from cask, STIR with ice and strain into chilled glass.
