How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
1 1/2 fl oz | Cognac (brandy) |
2/3 fl oz | Disaronno amaretto |
2/3 fl oz | Averna Amaro |
1/6 fl oz | Caisteal Chamuis peated scotch whisky |
8 drop | Bob's Vanilla bitters |

Variant:
Barrel aged serve: Multiply the recipe to produce a total volume at will two-thirds fill your cask. Combine ingredients and pour into the cask. Then (after at least two weeks of maturation) to serve drink: Dispense serve from cask, STIR with ice and strain into chilled glass.
