Serve in a Shot glass
1⁄2 oz | Patrón Silver blanco tequila |
1⁄4 oz | Licor 43 Original liqueur |
1⁄4 oz | Bols Blue Curaçao |
1⁄4 oz | Single cream/half-and-half chilled |
Recipe contains the following allergens:
Tequila, vanilla and orange topped with luxuriant cream.
Adapted from a recipe created in the 1970s by Al Domanski in Traverse City, Michigan, published in a pamphlet printed by Liquore Galliano in Italy. Obviously, the original recipe calls for Galliano, and I suspect Al used Galliano Vanilla rather than Galliano L'Authentico.
Apollo 8, which launched 21st December 1968 and returned to Earth six days later on the 27th, was the first crewed spacecraft to leave Earth's gravitational atmosphere, and the first human spaceflight to reach the Moon. The crew orbited the Moon ten times before returning to Earth. The crew of three astronauts (Frank Borman, Jim Lovell, and William Anders) were the first humans to see and photograph the far side of the Moon and an Earthrise.
