| 30 ml | Jameson Irish Whiskey |
| 30 ml | Monkey Shoulder whisky |
| 15 ml | Agave syrup |
| 22.5 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 4 drop | 1821 Earl Gray Bitters |
| 30 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
