Garnish:

Lightly dust surface of drink with chocolate powder & banana chunk on rim

How to make:

STIR first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. Shake a sealed container of cream and carefully POUR over the back of a spoon to form a small white spot floating in the centre of the drink.

1 1/2 fl oz Cognac
3/4 fl oz Giffard Banane du Brésil
2 drop Bob's Vanilla bitters
2 drop Bob's Chocolate bitters
3/4 fl oz Banana tea
1/6 fl oz Single cream / half-and-half
