shot Martell VSOP Médaillon cognac BUY
¾ shot Crème de banane liqueur
¾ shot Coconut water
2 drop Vanilla Bitters
2 drop Bob's Chocolate bitters
shot Single cream / half-and-half

How to make:

STIR first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. Shake sealed container of cream and carefully POUR over the back of a spoon to form a small white spot floating in the centre of the drink.

Garnish:

Lightly dust surface of drink with chocolate powder & banana chunk on rim

Comment:

A banana flavoured after dinner sipper of cocktail with coconut water subtly flavouring and smoothing cognac.
