Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
34 oz Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur
2 drop Bob's Vanilla bitters
2 drop Chocolate bitters
34 oz Banana tea
16 oz Single cream/half-and-half
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lightly dust surface of drink with chocolate powder & banana chunk on rim

How to make:

STIR first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. Shake a sealed container of cream and carefully POUR over the back of a spoon to form a small white spot floating in the centre of the drink.

Maybe I'm just out of the loop and this is actually a super common thing, but I feel like casually listing "banana tea" among the ingredients requires some explanation.
