Ingredients:
1 oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
23 oz Patrón Silver blanco tequila
13 oz Monin Spicy Mango Syrup
12 oz Mango purée
34 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 12 oz Thomas Henry Ginger Beer
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of mango wedge.
  3. RIM glass with Tajín seasoning (moisten outside edge with lime or orange juice and drip into Tajín).

How to make:

  1. SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring ginger beer.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with mango wedge on rim.

Created by yours truly on the 2nd of September 2025 in memory of Buck, our beloved one-of-a-kind ginger cat. A Buck is a spirit-based cocktail with lime juice that's charged with ginger ale or ginger beer.
