Ingredients:
1 12 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
12 oz Bols Blue Curaçao
16 oz Rhum Clément Blanc
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
2 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of coin-sized orange zest twist (flamed).

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS flamed orange zest twist over cocktail, then use as garnish.

The colour is fascinating. Can the flavour be elevated to match this? It's a tall order...

Very nice Daiquiry variant, the Clement Blanc gives an extra level of depth.

I'll omit the sugar syrup next tiome though, it made the drink too sweet for my taste.
