Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 23 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
13 oz Honey herbal liqueur (e.g. Drambuie)
16 oz Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur)
23 oz Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
13 oz Raisin sugar syrup (2:1 homemade)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Low on Campari so I used Cynar instead. Since I find Drambuie and Carpano Antica Formula to be sweet enough already, I skipped the raisin sugar syrup. Very nice. Next time I might macerate some raisins in advance to toss into the cocktail.
