Serve in a Rocks glass
| 55 ml | Akashi-Tai Junmai Daiginjo Genshu sake |
| 25 ml | Le Fruit de Monin Yuzu |
| 10 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 20 ml | Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
| 4 slice | Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice) |
