Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee)
40 ml Cognac (brandy)
10 ml Dark chocolate liqueur
1 wedge Orange (fresh)
1 Splash Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
1 Splash Agave syrup
