Ingredients:
2 fl oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
34 fl oz Pineapple juice
34 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 fl oz Orgeat almond liqueur
2 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of edible orchid flower and skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with crushed ice.
  2. POUR (without straining) into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with orchid and skewered maraschino cherry.

There are many many tikis, but this is a very favorite. Sweet/tart. I may add .5 oz 151 next time!
