13 oz Lustau Oloroso Don Nuño Sherry
13 oz Giffard Poire William
16 oz Poire William eau-de-vie
2 drop Bob's Abbotts bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of dust with freashly grated tonka bean & dried rose petals.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History:

Adapted from a drink created in 2015 by Claudia Agliano at 34 Restaurant in Mayfair, London, England. Claudia's original recipe specifies 52.5ml Martell XO cognac, 22.5ml poire william liqueur, 15ml oloroso sherry and 3 drops Abbotts bitters.

Wanted to try this for an aperitif, but was afraid it may be a bit sweet for the two of us. So, we swapped the Pear Brandy and Poire William eau-de-vie. Worked perfectly.
