What a mix of flavors that actually seem to work together. I also tried it with Campari and felt it stood up better to the Chartreuse.

On first sip, was not sure if I wanted to finish the cocktail. The flavours seemed to be fighting. However, once letting the cocktail breathe and the ice melt a bit, the flavours toned down immensely. Found I really enjoyed it as an evening sipper. I would suggest a small additional of water if you are using dry ice.

Lovely mix of favourite flavours! The sherry and chartreuse soften the cognac. A great post prandial sipper.
