Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
50 ml Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximénez Sherry
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
20 ml St-Germain elderflower liqueur
30 ml Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
60 ml Crémant sparkling wine
2 fresh Fresh thyme
