Serve in a Rocks glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Roku Japanese Gin
30 ml Bourbon whiskey
27.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
2 drop Egg white replacement (vegan) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water)
15 ml Cockburn's Ruby Soho Port
