Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
22.5 ml Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry
22.5 ml Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximénez Sherry
22.5 ml Lustau Vermut Rojo
30 ml Goslings Black Seal rum
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1.25 ml Angostura Aromatic Bitters
14 cupful Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
3 leaf Basil leaves
