Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
| 30 ml | Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry |
| 60 ml | Macallan 10 Year Old Sherry Oak |
| 12.5 ml | Re'al Ginger Syrup |
| 22.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 7.5 ml | Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight) |
