Ingredients:
1 fresh Passion fruit (fresh)
1 12 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
13 oz Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Float half passion fruit

How to make:

Cut passion fruit in half and scoop fresh into shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
