| 30 ml | Earl Grey tea (hot) |
| 25 ml | Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac |
| 17.5 ml | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) |
| 1 swath | Orange peel |
| 2 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
| 30 ml | Double cream / heavy cream |
