30 ml Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry
15 ml Aperol Aperitivo
15 ml Planteray Overproof O.F.T.D. Rum
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
30 ml Pineapple juice
7.5 ml Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
3.75 ml Freshly grated nutmeg
