Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Lustau Oloroso Don Nuño Sherry
15 ml Carlos I Brandy de Jerez Solera Gran Reserva
7.5 ml Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximénez Sherry
15 ml Giffard Crème de Mûre liqueur
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
15 ml Angostura Aromatic Bitters
