Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
30 ml Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry
22.5 ml Epazote infused tequila/bourbon
22.5 ml Acid adjusted persimmon juice
20 ml Thomas Henry Soda Water
20 ml Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)
