Ingredients:
1 12 fl oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
34 fl oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
34 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
34 fl oz Pineapple juice chilled
16 fl oz Monin Pineapple Syrup
6 drop Difford's Daiquiri Bitters
3 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with pineapple wedge on rim.

Made with fresh pineapple juice - upped the quantity to 1.5 times, and straight monin syrup. Otherwise as instructed. Delicious.
