Glass:

Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
34 fl oz Single pot still Irish whiskey
34 fl oz Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur)
34 fl oz Aromatized wine (e.g. Lillet Blanc) chilled
34 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon peel moustache.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with lemon peel moustache pegged to the rim.

i used a 12yr old bushmills distillery bottle - a nice drink but wish i had used a less precious whiskey to be honest

Very tasty and refreshing. Made with Kevin's lemon superjuice, which I use for almost all my drinks.
