22.5 ml Heering Cherry Liqueur
22.5 ml Reposado tequila (100% agave)
7.5 ml Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
7.5 ml Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur
100 ml Whipping cream
30 ml Fee Brothers Lemon Bitters
30 ml Egg (white & yolk)
180 ml Superfine/Caster/Baker's special sugar (white)
