Serve in a Snifter/Brandy balloon glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Chairman's Reserve Spiced Rum
15 ml Smith & Cross Pot Still Jamaican rum
7.5 ml Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (1 sugar : 1 water)
18 barspoon Vanilla extract/essence
90 ml Double cream / heavy cream
