45 ml	Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum
22.5 ml	De Kuyper Blue Curaçao
22.5 ml	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
22.5 ml	Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
30 ml	Egg white
