Ingredients:
1 fl oz Oak Smoked Vodka
1 12 fl oz Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry
13 fl oz Ferrand Dry Curaçao
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

A great aperitif. Instead of using smoked vodka (I didn't have any), I oak-smoked the ingredients before stirring using a chef's smoker. Vodka was Chopin Bartender's Choice.
